MoveSnaps is a non-commercial service, run privately and not for profit ("we", "us"). By using this site you agree to these terms.

Secret words

Access to uploading and to brand galleries is controlled by secret words issued by the relevant removals brand. Keep your secret word confidential, don't share it outside your branch, and don't attempt to guess words or access another brand's photos. We may rotate or disable a secret word at any time.

Submitting photos

Only submit photos you took yourself or have permission to submit, taken in the course of removals work for the brand you're submitting under. Before submitting you must be able to genuinely give the confirmations shown on the upload form — in particular that no private client information is captured and that anyone appearing in the photo consents. Don't submit anything unlawful, offensive, or unrelated to the job. Submitted photos may be used by the relevant brand on its social media and in other publications.

Galleries

Gallery photos are provided for viewing and, where a download button is offered, for use connected with the relevant brand. Don't scrape the site or republish gallery photos in a way that misrepresents the brand or the people in them.

The service

We aim to keep MoveSnaps available and secure, but it is provided "as is" and we may change, suspend or withdraw it at any time. We may remove any photo and revoke any access at our discretion. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
